Fivieo Exchange-Only Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fivieo! We strive to ensure you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. While we do not accept returns for refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Final sale items are not exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email our support team at support@fivieo.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item you’d like instead.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item to us.

  3. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the replacement item within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

  • We do not guarantee availability of requested exchange items. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives.

  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
